• Fostering the integration of agricultural technology and extension services to bridge gaps in dissemination.
• Updating the knowledge of farm families and field functionaries.
• Expanding the adoption of the latest technologies on farmers' fields.
• Publishing and regularly updating extension literature on technological interventions.
• Uplifting the socio-economic status of farm families in Jammu region.
• Providing farm advisories to the farmers on various crops/livestock related to production, protection, and post-harvest management.
• Providing technical support and guidance to Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) adopted by the university.
