Teaching :

The endeavor of teaching has been to develop and strengthen HRD component in extension education that is aimed to give quality & need based education to the students so that they are capable to compete in public and private sectors in future.

Research :

Research activities of the division are mainly focused on providing empirical feedback by conducting research in the areas of diffusion & adoption, evaluation, communication, Agricultural Entrepreneurship Development, ITK, HRD and methods & methodology for transfer of technology.

Extension :

To participate and coordinate the extension activities of the Faculty of Agriculture, Directorate of Extension and SAMETI including, Village Visit Programme, Television and Radio Talks, participation in Kisan Melas, Kisan Goshthies and to act as resource person in various extension trainings programmes conducted by the university.
