Teaching :

Impart Undergraduate and post graduate teaching as per VCI approved courses

Research :

To conduct the basic, applied and need based research on zoonoses, epidemiology, food safety and Environment Hygiene of important diseases with the application of One Health approach.

Extension :

Awareness camps on important Zoonotic diseases in and around Jammu Region and community outreach to various stakeholders.

• Addressing antimicrobial resistance.
• Studying Food safety issues and emerging disease patterns due to climate change.
