Students should make sure about the following points after arriving in India.

• If a student has given the international help desk their flight information, the university will organize an airport pickup for them once they arrive at Jammu Airport.
• Students should arrive at the International Help Desk with all necessary paperwork.
• All international students must register their student visas at FRRO/FRO Jammu within 3 days of their arrival in India. Students will receive guidance and support from the University for all necessary procedures.
• Students have to report to the International Help Desk for a medical checkup.
