Milk is an essential part of peoples' diet across the world. Due to its high range of nutrients, milk plays a vital role in the overall development of the body. Apart from fulfilling our system’s daily calcium and fat requirements, a glass of milk is proven to boost metabolism and improve immunity, hence keeping certain diseases at bay.   Goat milk is a powerhouse of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, iron, and other essential nutrients. It keeps your bones and teeth stronger, due to its high calcium content. It helps in providing sufficient energy to a growing child.
Cow’s milk is considered to be a healing agent and is used widely for medicinal benefits. But according to several experts, this milk interferes with the absorption of nutrients such as iron and copper in the blood. Also, cow’s milk is a strict no-no for lactose intolerant people and adults who have gastric issues. Several nutritionists recommend goat’s milk over cow’s milk to people with mild lactose intolerance as goat milk has comparatively less sugar. It doesn’t cause acidity or other stomach ailments and gets digested easily.
