Terms & Conditions

• There is no registration fee for participating in the event.
• Selected group/teams for Level III will be invited for presentation at SKUAST Jammu, Chatha campus for which travelling expense will be borne by the group/team or by applying university.
• Physical presence of team leader along with at least one more member at third level is compulsory for presentation. We will prefer that the entire team is present.
• Participants have the sole responsibility of not using any content protected under third party rights. Copied ideas will also be rejected outrightly.
• The final results of second level will be communicated to group/team leader through e-mail.
• Decision made by the judges will be final and no request shall be entertained to review the judgement.
• Entries submitted only in the prescribed format will be entertained.
